MeetingPlace1 is a phone application dedicated to serving the needs of clubs and organizations. App functions are:
1) Club board members - for easy access to the organization phone numbers
2) Calendar of Events – upcoming events can be posted for all members to see. When times and places change, it can be posted and all the members can view.
3) Newsletter – can be posted and changed when desired.
4) Services – Businesses can list here with phone numbers and websites.
5) Person of the week/month/year – Featuring a special person for any reason by writing something and showing a picture.
6) Photo Page – 3 individual events with 10 photos each can be posted for the organization along with titles for each photo and short explanations.
7) Blank Page – Used for any information the organization sees fit. Can be used for information, directions, upcoming plans or a blurb about the organization (who we are).
8) Identification – This button contains the information of the member. The email address, uploaded photo and a QR code is generated. This is for security measures so that only club members can enter club events.
