Over time I began to see more- the mind and spirit. I became curious to know more so I studied and gained more understanding of these unseen aspects including Reiki, Theta healing, meditation, crystal therapies, mind body alignment, kinesiology, Holistic human development.
Slowly, I have reduced and honed my skills to the mind and spirit connection finding that the body responds favourably to the energetic realignment.
