For all event organizers who work with Stager! With the Stager app you can effortlessly scan tickets, manage your guest list, find orders, check your timeline, view sales and scan reports and search through your Stager contacts.
The app works on iPhone (iPhone 4 and higher), iPod, iPad and operates on iOS 9 and higher. For an iPod, a Wifi connection is required, but the iPhone and iPad work with Wifi, 4G, 3G, and even with a GPRS connection.
Do you use a Wi-Fi connection? Make sure that there is a ‘dedicated network’ so that scanning runs smoothly.
Tip for scanning: Connect a Bluetooth barcode reader to your phone, put your phone in your pocket and use an earplug to hear if a ticket is accepted. You’ll hear a different sound when a ticket is valid or invalid. This way you have your hands free to scan tickets.
