Step 1: Scan your standard ticket or receipt (which you receive when making a purchase) using the Woonivers app - with Woonivers there’s no need to request a separate invoice.
Step 2: When you arrive to the port or airport (when returning to your country of residence), visit the DIVA self service machine. Scan the QR codes generated in step 1, select your choice of language and simply follow the on-screen instructions.
