The 100 most loved folksongs were compiled by the World Federation for Free Latvians (PBLA) based on a survey of Latvian schools worldwide - those that the younger children know, as well as those that the youth have learnt to love. Tautasdziesmas is a present to Latvia on her centenary from Latvian diaspora schools worldwide. The app contains folksong music and lyrics and it will be accessible even without an internet connection eg. singing Midsummer songs around the Jāņi bonfire, or on top of a mountain skiing!
