How sign-up works:
ï New customers download the app and complete the sign-up process by taking a selfie and scanning their government-issued photo ID.
ï We do our proprietary black magic to determine if the customer is a live person taking the selfie in real time and whether the ID document is authentic.
ï We use government grade facial recognition to verify the customerís identity by comparing the face in the selfie with the face in the picture on the ID document.
ï If everything checks out to our satisfaction, we install a digital certificate on the customerís phone and then we hash and store the customerís information in a cryptographic ledger.
