Classes specifically designed to continually improve endurance and increase strength. The rides are scientifically based to challenge with precisely timed high-intensity interval bursts, up & down hills and steady state flats. The classes build and evolve. In each class, every rider is coached during the class on their appropriate effort and intensity to maintain the proper cadence.
The class will push you to a new level of fitness and prepare you for outdoor rides. They are an important part of endurance training.
