Training the same exercises each workout gets boring. Best way to make gains is to confuse muscles with variety of exercises.
You start with picking exercises that you know, lets say 10 per each muscle group. Then each day you go to gym, you simply select those you have not trained longest. Zenlift shows you this information in easy to read table.
After scheduling exercises (it takes about 30-60 seconds to do so) you see your workout and you can fill in reps and weights that you managed to lift that day. These will stay saved and next time you add the exercise to your workout, it will be already pre-filled for you, so you don't have to remember it yourself.
