MAXWORK is a zero-contact industrial AR service that provides everything you need for a real job site, from AR manual authoring and use to 1:N remote support.
MAXWORK consists of two menus.
1. MAXWORK Remote - 1:N Remote Support
If you are unable to deal with unexpected situations due to lack of information or experience or if you need to collaborate and share information with a number of people in real time, MAXWORK Remote AR is the answer to quickly and efficiently solve your problem without the need to move elsewhere.
1) Selecting the screen sharer : Seek help from anyone by selecting the person who will share the screen for each call whether it is an incoming or outgoing call.
2) AR drawings and stickers : Share necessary real-time information by drawing or putting stickers using AR.
3) 1:N cross-platform service : Enable one-to-many remote support in different user environments with MAXWORK which provides a cross-platform service available on iOS, Web and smart glasses.
4) Sharing files in different forms : Enhance work efficiency by sharing files in a variety of forms including text, images or documents.
2. MAXWORK Direct : AR Manual Viewer
Point the camera at the QR code or target image to overlay relevant AR manuals on top of the equipment without the hassle of carrying manuals around or searching information. Accurate and intuitive AR manuals in MAXWORK Direct enable users to quickly get their job done without errors.
1) Digital information overlaid on the desired location : Relevant manuals are overlaid on top of the actual equipment. Operators can quickly and accurately get the job done with the help of visual AR information in the form of texts or images.
2) Following work procedures with step-by-step guide : Step-by-step manuals help users effectively do their jobs in the right order without omissions or errors.
3) Real-time work guides in sync with MAXWORK Create : Get your job done correctly using the latest manual modified and updated in real time in MAXWORK Create instead of paper manuals which are rarely updated.
4) Requesting real-time remote support via MAXWORK Remote : If you find it difficult to get the job done relying only on manuals, try getting remote support from experts by clicking on the MAXWORK Remote menu in the same app. This way, you can minimize cost incurred by on-site visits or work delays.
