RemindTrac is a mobile app that schedules and records your medication adherence patterns.
Use this tool to easily remember your medication schedule, take scheduled behavioral health assessments and screeners. Use alerts to remind you of when to take your medications and take your assessments. Use the charts to learn more about your adherence patterns. Use the Diary to keep notes of your medication doses and any symptoms you may be experiencing. Messaging keeps you in touch with your health care team. The ancillary pillbox is Bluetooth enabled and the app will let you know which slot to take your medication from when it's time.
