The intelliSanding App supports the operation of a sanding machine. The app provides various digital tools that are precisely tailored to the requirements of a grinding machine. The purpose of the app is to minimize errors, make production more efficient and to utilize optimization potential. The intelliSanding App is suitable for employees in a small workshop or industrial companies.
Functions:
Belt lifetime:
- Record the usage of your abrasive belts.
- Various abrasive belts can be created and their use noted.
- Based on the usage entered and an expected usage, the app determines the remaining expected usage of the abrasive belt.
- The tool helps to maintain an overview of the abrasive belt inventory.
Professional sanding hints:
- This tool gives you suggestions as to which machine setting and which type of abrasive paper should ideally be used to sand a material.
- The tool also lists various sanding aggregates that are suitable for a specific sanding task.
- The user can display hints for different sanding processes (e.g. fine sanding or intermediate lacquer sanding) and a selection of different materials.
- The suggested parameters are for orientation only. If necessary, the parameters must be adapted to the respective conditions and requirements of the user.
Extraction volume:
- Simply and conveniently determine the extraction volume of a sanding machine.
- The app calculates the required volume of an extraction system from the number of extraction sockets, their diameter and the exhaust air speed.
- The result is calculated as volume per minute, per hour or per shift.
- The tool can be used, for example, to quickly determine whether an existing exhaust air system has sufficient capacity for connecting a new sanding machine.
