Our customer service team is available 24/7 to answer any questions you may have regarding inquiries, bookings or payments, our team also deals with any travellers questions that may arise. Our service is free: no up front costs, no cancellation fees. We only get paid when we send you a reservation. Homerez cover ALL the costs associated with promoting and distributing your accommodation with the partners sites. The only cost charged will be 15% incl. VAT per reservation.
