Surround-view mobile app allows managers and employees to assess, analyze and develop their talents. It is the first anonymous multi-source feedback app. Companies can use their own competency models and development activities. Users within an organization invite others to receive feedback and accept feedback requests based on professional relationships. Strengths, as well as areas for improvement, are identified, individual talent development recommendations are given. Surround-view increases employee awareness and engagement and helps companies to identify strong competencies and competency gaps.
