This LRF Legal Aid Application is a platform which aims to assist the public to navigate through the justice delivery system. The Application provides a step-by-step guide to people who are preparing to go to court either as the plaintiff or defendant. The App also provides links to the LRF website for users to access samples of documents that are required for presenting their case. The court ready documents encompass legal information on maintenance claims; bail applications; domestic violence; deceased estates disputes; property rights disputes and peace orders.
