Find abandoned mines that might have rich deposits left behind with Prospectors app.

We geocoded over 3 million active and historical mining claim boundaries accessible from your iPhone. Mining claims include active and historical placer claims, lode claims, mill sites and tunnel claims.

Each claim record includes current status, serial number, location date, claim type, GPS coordinates, driving directions and a link to the BLM's LR2000 mining claim system for additional claim information.

Save up to 2000 claims for Offline Use for situations where network coverage is limited. (Beta)

Near Realtime Stream Flows

Monitor spring runoff or summer time flow rates in areas you prospect. Check flows after large rain storms or dam releases.

Add private markers. Do prospecting directly from the app by marking spots of interest directly on the map. Each marker has GPS coordinates, areas for notes and driving directions. Once you are ready to go into the field, you can get directions directly to your private marker. Add additional markers for the areas that produce.
