When proper amplification equipment is either not permitted or not available, the People’s Mic ensures that any voice can be heard by all who are present. After downloading the app, users create a channel, share it with those they want to hear them—regardless of geographic proximity—and then start speaking into their phone. What they say is then broadcasted, and can be accessed as a public and searchable name, or shared via link to only specific people.
