This app is to be used with the Cthulhu Shield by Sapien LLC, to monitor pixel changes in 16 regions, and report movement in those regions that is above a certain threshold. The Cthulhu Shield can then activate electrodes on the tongue representing those regions to communicate motion to an individual.
