Habitali is a property search and Realtor-Client platform that connects people to their most relevant property options.
Habitali allows agents to properly define their properties with tools that will bring out the most relevant features of prospective clients interest.
The App literally connects Realtors in real-time with users of the App. The instant messaging feature of the App allows communication between parties.
A client conducting a property search can request to be introduced to an agent on the platform who has properties that matches their needs.
The Apps idea is to actively link property seekers with property agents. This model guarantees that uploaded properties don’t just remain passive waiting for clients to find them, but actually drives clients towards realtors.
Registration on the platform is required to use the App. The registration process is quick and very easy.
Once you are signed in, you can start experimenting with features of the App which include:
• Location based search, viewing properties on the Map, Viewing details of a property, contacting an agent through phone, email or chat.
• Requesting to speak with an agent who has properties that best matches your search or an agent that will assist you in property hunting.
• Bookmarking properties for offline view and reference, saving and managing your search.
• Communicate and chat with Users on the platform.
• Scheduling to visit a property or booking an open calendar event created by a realtor for a property.
You can also act as a realtor and upload new properties or manage already created properties. The process of uploading a property is straight forward and free. This option can be accessed from the Realtor section of the App.
To start uploading a new property, you click at the round plus (+) sign button on the lower right of the screen on the Realtor section.
The property section comes with a set of features including: uploading images, setting location for your properties; give detailed description of your property, modifying property details, creating a calendar event that will allow users of the App to book a physical viewing tour and many more options.
A price comparison feature of the App will help a realtor gain insight into what other realtors are fixing for similar properties within a 9km radius of the property location.
The App is still in the alpha testing phase and might be prone to crashes or unintended behavior. We would appreciate your reporting of issues noticed during your test run of the software to enable us fix and better modify the user experience.
Updates to the App will be posted regularly to you and changes including fixes will be communicated as part of any roll out.
To install the App on your device it is advised that you change the settings of your device to allow install from alternate source, this is necessary since you are not installing the App from the official Google Play store.
Please note that realtors who participate in this alpha testing phase will be rewarded by allotting them free feature membership subscription on the final release to make their properties display freely as verified featured properties.
