Drifft is an online hailing platform that help riders to conveniently request for private cars/ taxi services with few taps on their smart phones. Our application connects professional license drivers with riders in need of taxi services. Drifft offerings ranges from requesting a private car/Taxi for on-demand services or rental services for an hour or more without the hustle of multiple request within same commuting period.
Drifft on-demand and rental car types includes drifft mini, drifft sedan and drifft Taxi, SUV and LUX. Our rider app unique differentiator includes

· Call to request for a ride – Drifft application provide booking alternative for underserved customers without smartphones yet willing to request for private cars/taxi services to do so by calling our dispatch team on our toll free number for nearest car/taxi to be dispatched immediately to client’s location.
Existing customers with smart phones and still have in hand analogue phones because of its long battery life can also utilize the call – in option to request for rides in situations where their smart phone battery power are down or they do not have enough internet data to request online.
· Drifft understands the diversity of Ghana’s city life and hospitality and therefore offers the opportunity for Multilanguage change in our application that best suits the user. Users can change to languages of their choice from English, Chinese and French.
· Cashless payment – riders have the option to pay for rides apart from usual cash payment to using their Drifft wallet, visa/master cards and mobile money gateways to pay providers for service provided.
HOW TO REQUEST FOR DRIFFT RIDES
· Enter your pickup location and where you would like to go
· The nearest driver will receive your request and drive to your location. Whiles you wait for driver, rider can track driver in real time as he approaches rider’s location.
· Rider can use Drifft’s in-app messenger to chat driver and communicate with driver for any assistance that both might need before driver’s arrival at rider’s location.
· Also, for safety purposes, rider can see driver’s details such as name, ratings and car number plate to verify whether he/she is being picked up by the right driver.
· Rider can call driver over the internet using our VoIP based call masking feature where both party’s (rider and driver) mobile numbers are hidden from each other for safety purposes.
· Don’t be anxious to know whether driver has reached your pickup location especially when you are indoors. Our app will send “driver is at location” notification with a sound of a car horn to alert you of the driver’s arrival.
· When trips are completed, rider can conveniently pay driver with drifft in-app wallet, credit card, mobile money payment or cash payment.
· Drifft app allows you to tip driver for his or her excellent service delivery. When a rider tips a driver through our app feature, Drifft will not take commission on tip amount neither tax is deducted from it. All tip amount is received by driver for excellent job done.
