Stock Scan is the fastest, easy and most user-friendly QR code scanner & QR Code Reader app, available on the play store. By using only your phone's camera, our barcode reader will quickly scan and recognize the information of barcode.
How Scan Stock Works:
1) To work with our app and start scanning Inventory Checking, You simply open the app, then set the unit (like: Pcs, Dozen, Meter, etc..) and location code
For example: you have 2 store at New York, you can set location code like NY-01 and NY-02;
Click setup and now you can start scan your product.
2) When scanning Your barcode product, make sure you see the unit and location that you’ve set before. If you want to change it, you can back to setup and click clear icon. Write unit and location code you wanted.
3) If unit and location code is correct, Press scan and set the quantity of product. Press Add and you can see below scan button there is list of last data you’ve scanned.
Tips: if you want doing fast , just press scan + set Quantity and press scan again, it automatically add your stock’s Quantity and go to next product to scan.
4) All Report will show you all scanned product one by one according the time you scanned.
5) On Data Recap, it will combine all quantity stock which have same Barcode and same location. Note: Stock with same barcode but not same location will not combine.
This report is very helpful for you to checking your stock data and real quantity.
6) if another day, you want to do another new inventory checking, don’t forget to delete all data before you do the new one. If not, old data stock with the same barcode and same location will combine with the new one and become one in DATA RECAP.
