The TK Institute of Entrepreneurship & SME Development teaches Afropreneurs to spot and harness the opportunities abounding in their communities, in their countries, and on the continent and beyond. Agenda 2063 speaks of the Africa we want. Twapewa is passionate about empowering youth to fulfil this agenda and engaging them in thought- provoking discussions to prepare them to partake in the economic harvest on the continent.
The services offered through the Twapewa Kadhikwa Institute are:
1. Ignite Speaking Engagements
Twapewa offers insightful and inspirational talks on entrepreneurship to institutions,
interest groups and church groups.
2. One-on-one Coaching Session
Personal coaching sessions are offered in partnership with TK-approved coaches,
who give support and advice to emerging entrepreneurs.
3. Entrepreneurship Seminars
The TK Institute hosts seminars on various subjects that affect entrepreneurs, with
experts from various disciplines sharing specialised information.
4. Olafika SME Development & Mentorship Programme
Olafika is a structured mentorship programme designed to equip entrepreneurs with the

5. Enterprise Development
The TK Institute offers advice and practical roll-out to companies seeking to maximise the
impact of their social investment budgets in order to make a real difference in the lives of
ordinary men and women, be it through setting up sustainable projects, procurement budget adjustment for impact, strengthening the ecosystem of SMEs, or network
Olafika is a structured mentorship programme designed to equip entrepreneurs with the critical knowledge and skills needed for business success. The programme is designed to train and mentor five SMEs per region, 70 in total, over a six-month period.
