Thank you for your interest in our study on transportation mode recognition on mobile devices! Your voluntary contribution is invaluable for the domains of transportation planning and personal carbon footprinting – and thus, ultimately, for the field of sustainability.
The Transportation Mode Study application has been developed as part of the project "Automatic Transportation Mode Recognition" of the ETH Zürich, Switzerland. The objective of the project is to collect a dataset which helps to analyze and automatically classify the users’ mobility behavior during their activities such as work commute or leisure.
