Managing and coordinating an event has become more and more complex during the last years. With the

project management system which allows users to coordinate a variety of different tasks before, during and

– the host of an event is able to arrange appointments and set up locations for staff meetings or similar and
can arrange and/or divide others into user groups to make sure every single member is allocated to the
desired event without the need of a desktop computer. Additionally, due to the fact of the dynamic nature
of an event, Event-Check provides the opportunity to register new members simply by sharing a deep-link
or event ID code. This multi-event feature allows the host to manage several tasks on one single platform
and provide all relevant information. If there will be any ambiguities or questions, Event-Check provides an
integrated instant messenger to contact the host or other event members. Beside from that, it is also
possible to give event sponsors and partners a unique opportunity to place event specific content and get
directly in touch with its members and strengthen a brand’s position.
