The app enables you to have all your health information, including images and documents available on your handset.

Connect to the Apple Health app to synchronise your data from wellness / fitness devices to your Medelinked account and track your progress.
You can check symptoms to get possible diagnoses and share details with your health providers using a Health Snapshot or using the Talk to a Doctor service.
