Domaine Ponsot equips its Grand Cru Shipments with eProvenance temperature monitoring technology to create “Intelligent Cases” that tell their unique provenance story via NFC smartphones. Using the Ponsot i-Case app, you can access the temperature data from the monitored "Intelligent Cases" of Domaine Ponsot wines and learn about the conditions these cases experienced during their voyage from the Domaine to you.
After reading the sensor data you will see a chart with temperature history and an analysis of that data. You will also see the eProvenance Score, which calculates any changes in wine quality due to temperature conditions.
