Set Up Company Wide Competition!
Just provide basic information for the competition such as selecting teams that can be chosen, the cause being supported, and timeline for the competition.
A company-wide email is sent out to inform employees that they can vote for their team to fly high on the company flagpole. They are sent to a link where they can place votes by donating to the charity sponsored by the company!
Winner is chosen based on the amount of funds raised for each team, the flag is raised, and money goes towards a great cause, everyone wins!
