Penalties is an essential for all UK Police officers and Police Community Support Officers.
Penalties holds the new PentiP offence codes, costs and wording for hundreds of offences which can be dealt with by the issue of Penalty Notices for Disorder (PND) and Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN & FPN-E).
Forces which are using the new Traffic Offence Reports (TORs) - these are still the codes you need!
Offences are grouped by PND and FPN (which includes endorsable offences). All data is searchable allowing you quickly search by offence wording, ticket code or (where applicable) legislative reference.
All data has been electronically copied from a force issued paper based aide memoir. Although every effort has been made to ensure all codes and offences are accurate we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes.
