Kiistone’s service effectiveness app allows you to measure the quality and effectiveness of your service by getting direct feedback from clients. Via the app they can simply choose the service they received from you and be able to answer your quality and effectiveness questions. Service effectiveness data will come back to you in a form that you choose for quality assurance purposes and/or to meet contract requirements. Kiistone will work with you to customise the app to ensure you get valuable feedback you need.
