Prana Hot Yoga classes are designed for almost all fitness levels and age groups. From beginners to the more experienced, there is a workout sure to fit your yoga style. Hot yoga differs from many other forms of traditional yoga by practicing postures in a controlled, heated environment. Our workouts range from 80 degrees Fahrenheit to 105 degrees Fahrenheit and are heated using state-of-the-art Infrared technology professionally calibrated with traditional heating and humidifying systems to achieve the ideal hot yoga environment. Prana Hot Yoga may help increase participants’ flexibility, relieve stress and anxiety, build muscle tone and strength, and assist in weight loss. Our certified yoga teachers will lead you through each asana, ensuring you get the most out of your workout through proper movement and breathing techniques.
