BetterYou lets you set goals (where you want to be spending your time) around physical, social, educational, and mental wellness.
The app then works behind the scenes to learn when you’re hitting your goals and when you’re likely to be off track. Progress updates with a simple weekly screenshot of your app usage. When you’re likely to be off track BetterYou will help you right the ship so you don’t miss your goals.
