What is ezyKhata?

It is an easy way to maintain your khata (ledger & accounts). So simple, you will fall in love.

How does it work?

You have a lot of fragmental data of your financial transactions (with a wallet/bank/a person/shop with whom you do regular business) on your mobile devices- SMSs, emails, at different places. ezyKhata organises all stray data into records, creates accounts as in an accounting software, automatically, and you have all your data organised neatly. Look up a wallet & you have its current balance calculated with all past transactions displayed below.

Easy to reconcile the account and take action in case of discrepancy using ezyKhata Cash- Often you pay someone in cash (90% of transactions in most cases) and you forget. ezyKhata makes it simple. Select the contact with whom you want to transact. Record it via “create transaction”. Enter description, total amount, amount paid, confirm and just send to the contact for the acceptance. There cannot be a dispute later since ezyKhata makes an entry on his/ her device too which the other person accepts/ rejects. If someone does not “accept” immediately, you can send reminders by the touch of a button while going through the pending request list.

Electronic- If you have to pay someone electronically, select “to pay” when the transaction page opens. If you pay/receive through bank/UPI/wallet, ezyKhata collects data from SMS messages and posts them in your contacts’ khata on your mobile and your contacts’ mobile and the khata of your wallet/bank on your mobile.

GST- If you are a small merchant, you may have to raise GST bills under composite scheme. In the create transaction page, select “to receive” tab, select transaction type as “business” enter products and bill amount. ezyKhata automatically creates a GST bill that can be forwarded to your contact. No printing, no special devices, no monthly rentals.

On ezyKhata an entry is made in your contacts’ device as well as yours. Your contact should “accept” transaction. No disputes later. You know total outstandings with anyone, anytime, anywhere. With ezyKhata , you don’t need a POS machine. Credit/ debit card holders can pay online through mobile. Entries are made automatically by ezyKhata card. You always know your balance. No guessing or looking up complex statements.
