The real estate regulatory authority (RERA) is a reality now. Even after one year of implementation, most of the Builders in India are clueless and confused about the important clauses of the RERA Act which are very basic to manage the real estate business.
Though most of the clauses are similar, some points differ from state to state. This is because some state Governments might have slightly customized the RERA rules in accordance with their existing state laws. This app tries to address the important RERA-points of respective state Governments. By doing so, it tries to resolve the confusion among the Builders & Developers as for as the various RERA clauses are concerned.
In addition to the above, there are some features which may help the Builders & Developers in updating the day to day events of project management.
