OPAL2.0 is an MOE digital learning platform that advances the philosophy of PD Ownership and Leadership.

This application is a service of the Government of Singapore.
OPAL2.0 is a digital learning platform for all MOE officers that is designed primarily for personalised and collaborative learning. It fosters a vibrant and dynamic learning ecosystem comprising learners, content, applications, and tools for learning and networking. OPAL2.0 can also be used for professional development planning at various organisational levels.
OPAL2.0’s mobile app connects and empowers digital learners to engage in professional learning anytime, anywhere, to nurture the 21st Century digital learner.
Learners will be able to bookmark and register for PD opportunities, create and participate in communities for professional discourse based on PD needs and professional interests.
Learning takes on a social dimension where learners can share posts with members of the community and learn from just-in-time, bite-sized videos produced by peers.
OPAL2.0’s machine intelligence engenders greater effectiveness for professional development through its seamless and automated work processes and powerful data analytics.
