Just select "reminder" while adding your task and select the days on which you the task to be repeated. If you have added a reminder while adding rask, A reminder icon will appear on to-do list so that you can now that specific rask has a set reminder.

Notes and Description
Do Tasker task list allow you to add notes or description on each task so that you can add points and read them at reminder time. It you have added a description, Do Tasker will show description Icon on task list. You can click on that icon to read the notes and description.
