Every student of anatomy and medicine is faced with the daunting task of memorization of origin, insertion, and innervation of each muscle. Mitey Muscles is a phone app designed to help. Speed of access, easy intuitive play, and customization of areas of study makes Mitey Muscles a fast tool to use.
All of the major muscles are included in the program. The muscles are grouped into sections- Upper Extremity, Lower Extremity, Back, Abdomen, Thorax, Pelvis, and Head and Neck. Users can choose to concentrate on one, multiple, or all sections. A muscle is presented and the user must match origin, insertion, and innervation. The muscle name will be highlighted with the color corresponding to it's group as a hint to jog your memory after multiple incorrect attempts.
