The My Payentry Mobile App is available to all My Payentry users. The App conveniently provides both employee self-service solutions and kiosk clock.
Employees can remotely submit a time punch, select a job code, and transfer to different departments. A variety of information can be viewed from an employee’s mobile device including contact, status, accruals, direct deposits, deductions, pay history, and tax documents.
When in kiosk mode, the app allows multiple employees to clock in and out from one central location and supports offline punches in the event that connectivity is lost. Users can also utilize the optional facial recognition technology in order to easily identify employees.
