About the app
Definitions
• "Additional Payment" means any payment that is made on extra work done or additional work which is not mentioned in the job that is booked
• "Additional Work" means that the work that is beyond the scope of any Service Provider Website/App. "AussieClap" means the trading name for Nonoos Pty Ltd ABN 3263057071
• "Costs and Expenses" means any additional costs or expenses that the Service Provider can charge at the end of the job and can add in the final invoice, which means the Service Provider has the authority to add any extra costs or expenses in acquiring any extra materials, extra time, any discount, any other extra parts or supplies used for Job.
• "You" is referred to the User.
• "Website/App" means any website or mobile application or another interface which is:
owned by AussieClap (including but not limited to www.aussieclap.com.au);operated on a white label basis by AussieClap powered or maintained by Nonoos Pty Ltd T/A AussieClap,
(each as modified and/or updated by us from time to time) for the purpose of enabling user to book Jobs and connect with Service Providers.
• "Dispute" means a form of disagreement between the customer and a Service Provider that the job is not performed as expected or the satisfactory element is not present in the job.
• "Upcoming Job" means any job that is booked or scheduled for a future date or time.
• "Job" means the task that is given and assigned by the Customer on the Customer Website or App.
• "Present Job" means a Job that is booked on the spot clicking the "Book Now" option completed as soon as possible on the day it is booked on the Customer Website/App.
• "Parties" means collectively the Customer and the Service Provider.
• "Payment Service" means the type of payment the Customer is using to pay for the job booked.
• "Customer Website/App" means any website or mobile application or other interfaces which is:
o owned by Nonoos Pty Ltd T/A AussieClap;
o operated on a white label basis by Nonoos Pty Ltd
o Powered or maintained by Nonoos Pty Ltd T/A AussieClap
o All the defined terms will have the same meaning if written in Singular, Plural, Masculine or Feminine
