The SRM-Customer mobile application provides users with a convenient way to keep abreast of security updates in their regions, and to request emergency assistance or secure transport from an approved list of security operators.

SRM-Customer(圖2)-速報App

Users can report and share incidents such as robberies, car accidents and lost items. The Newsfeed shows these incidents, as well as information about important events collated from various sources, which can be viewed as a list or via a map. Users can see what is happening in real time and view previous events. Specific information can be provided to users who are clients of security companies with regards to incidents occurring on their work sites.

Users can send out an emergency response request and have an appropriate responder come to their aid. Users can be confident knowing that the people coming to help them have been properly trained and equipped.

Users requiring safe and secure transportation can request these services at a security level of their choosing. Each request is matched to drivers with the appropriate training and is subject to close monitoring.

SRM-Customer allows a general Newsfeed to be browsed of security-related incidents and the ability for customers to report and share incidents such as robberies, car accidents and lost items. Users can send out emergency response requests and have networked companies and responders come to their aid, either on an open network or through a nominated security provider. Users can browse the map in their area and see what is going on in real-time and what has happened in any area previously, it provides a tool to communicate with a closed network of security operations on the Security Risk Manager Platform including SRM-Sentry, SRM-Customer and SRM-Portal (web-based application).
