IsiToko App is an offline stock, sales and orders tracking management App. The App allows shops/stores of any kind .i.e (tuck shops, street vendors, taverns, liquor stores or special events vendors that moves around) to scan or manually record all their available stock into the App and record the quantity and the price each stock should be sold for. The app accommodates both Barcoded and non-Barcoded stock, (the prices and the quantity of the stock can be adjusted at any time.)
The App has functionality to sell the recorded stocks by either scanning the stock's barcode or allowing the user to auto search for the stock on the list and add to cart to complete the sale. The App calculates all the totals of the sale as per the prices recorded and adjusts the quantity of the stock being sold to reflect the new remaining quantity. Sales transactions are recorded and the user can be able to remove or review all current and history transactions at any given time. The App displays a dashboard of all the numbers for today transactions .i.e (number of sales today, stock sold today, turnover amount today including most sold stock). The App allows the shop Operator to upload transactions to the cloud and allows another user to log in on another phone and monitor the sales progress as it happens from the store.
The App can have 2 types of users per shop/store, the Operator and the Monitor user.
1.Operator User : this is the user that creates the account and does all the transactions within the store i.e (record/update stock info, make sales, upload transactions to the cloud, create the Monitor user)
2.Monitor User :this user is created/linked to an existing store account by the above user and can only monitor the transactions and view all sales and stock changes as they become available on the cloud, these are transactions that are uploaded by the operator.
The App has functionality to record the shop purchased orders made at wholesalers for future references,. The App provides 2 types of history reports which can be generated and displayed:
1.Sales history (shows all the sales transactions including the stocks that was part of the sale, the history can be filtered by dates).
2.Stock history (shows the history of the stock. i.e price change, stock quantity change).
The App has notifications that keeps the user informed about changes within the App Data i.e (when a particular stock is about to run out, or when the local storage is about to be full).
The App uses the local device storage to store all the transactions hence it is usable offline, this allows the user (Operator) to operate offline (no internet required) and only connect to the internet to upload data to the cloud. The upload can be hourly/daily/weekly. Note: the Monitor user can only monitor the transactions if they have been uploaded into the cloud by the operator.
