The MyITOps app is an enterprise service monitoring tool to complement the web based ASI service dashboards.
Within ASI, services are represented as models in a hierarchy, and the app provides a number of different views to visualise the operational status of the services in the models and to view associated active service alerts.
Prerequisites
The app must be able to connect to an appropriate ASI server. Users will be required to enter the URL of his/her ASI server.
Users of the app must authenticate with the ASI server using an existing ASI dashboard account.
