Gathering a community of trustful sellers and buyers in Vietnam for pre-owned luxury, we are the only player to offer a fully-integrated service to our customers by taking care of everything from pickup of products to authentication check, shooting, content, sale service and hand delivery, with no third-part involved.
We choose to offer the most trendy and iconic luxury pre-owned products, therefore, we are very selective on the products we choose to sell. To guarantee an unforgettable experience to our customers, we treat every single client with a lot of care, and offer a customised experience to each of them.
Our model aims to more sustainability, whereof our mission is to give a second life to unwanted luxury bags, shoes and other accessories. We help to reduce our environmental impact by renewing the dressing of our customers, and we also reduce our impact by using eco-friendly wrap paper for our packaging, and offer the possibility to return the unused box after delivery, so we can give a second life to the boxes like you will do with secondhand products.
Through the app, buyers can make an offer or buy any item we put on sale. Users get notified when their offer is accepted or rejected. Sellers can submit items, get notified if their items are approved or rejected, and accept or decline offers from potential buyers.
