FIRSTINVEST, is a reliable land trading platform where people can buy or sell land in square metres. You can buy or sell one square metre. Thus you can buy with the intention of selling at a higher price for income purposes or accumulate up to half a plot (300square metres) or more and then opt to develop the land. This "mobile app" is dedicated exclusively to buying and selling of land in square metres.
The platform brings buyers and sellers of land together and provides an opportunity to sell or buy in square metres as opposed to the traditional way of buying or selling in plots. Purchases and sales are done in square metres and the minimum you can buy or sell is one square metre. This platform also makes easy, an interface of communication and information sharing to parties involved. The objective is to have a platform that will be beneficial not only to aspiring house owners but also provide trading income for those investors that want to take advantage of the trend in land prices.
