By default method, you will first have to know device IMEI number. If you don’t know IMEI number than just dial *#06# to instantly see the IMEI on the screen of a handset. Note it down safely.
If you know the IMEI code of a mobile phone, You can verify above information by sending an SMS as follows.
Type KYD [your 15 digit IMEI number] and send it to 16002.
Example: KYD 359223015426526 to16002.
You will receive a message with confirm the set’s identity.
