Primary Education is a fundamental right of every Indian. PADI emerged in 2004 to ensure that this education is given in a meaningful relevant and effective way to all children. VALORED aim was to see that rural education be child-centered in its methodology, in planning and in implementation, that subjects be taught with value orientation, greater emphasis be given to the education of Dalit's, tribals and especially to the girls, involvement of the community in the education process and that the education be faithful to the local culture of the children and their communities.
