Detailed description:
Parkanalytics is ideal for companies operating standalone as well multi-location parking lots.
The admin will be provided an administration portal. In the administration portal, the pricing for each location as well as each device inside the same location can be set. It may be edited anytime by the admin. The changes incorporated by the admin will be implemented at the devices in the parking lots automatically in the next data sync.
It supports 3 step staggered pricing( differentiated pricing for each hour) for each kind of vehicle e.g. 2 wheelers, 4 wheelers, buses etc. The pricing can be set different for each outlet device in the same parking lot.
The admin may access detailed analytical reports for each location as well device in the administration panel.
Each of the devices at the parking lots can download this mobile app. They may login with their unique login and password and start using.
This mobile app supports the following:
Check in : when any car or 2wheeler comes in, the parking operator may enter the number plate number of the vehicle entering. The app will capture the time and day of the entry and print a parking ticket for the vehicle driver for future reference
Check out: whenever a vehicle is leaving the parking facility, the parking operator may search for the vehicle by entering the number plate number of the vehicle and "Check out". The app will calculate the payment due based on the "check in" and "check out" time and print an invoice for the customer
Reports:
Cash report: This is a summary report showing the total revenue for the current day as well as the total number of vehicles "check in" and total number of vehicles "check out". The same can be printed as well
Vehicle report: This is a report which lists all the vehicles that were "check in" and "check out" the current day
Last check in: this is a quick ready reckoner for the parking operator to find the last vehicle "check in"
