Building access for CBA visitor using Smart Entry App instead of physical access cards
Simplifies the visitor experience, reducing the need for interactions with the
concierge service and with efficient building access management for granting and
revoking access
Authorised visitor can register the Mobile HID using 16 digit registration code for first time
access. The secure code will be provided to the visitor in their email id.
* Tap on the ‘Register Mobile Access Card’ tile in the application Dashboard
* Enter the 16 digit registration code in the text box and tap register(>) button
* ‘Mobile Access Card’ tile will change to ‘Approval Pending’ if the registration code
entered is valid
* Once approval is obtained from backend the tile will show ‘Mobile Access Card’ with
a tick mark and card number displayed
* Once mobile access card is registered, tap on the card reader with Smart Entry
application running
Prerequisites
I. Internet connectivity is required for Mobile Access card registration
II. Bluetooth should be on turned ‘ON’ in the device for door access
Note: Visitors should report incident when their device with Mobile access card is lost/stolen.
