Constantly, busy?
Never seem to have time for the things that would create the future you would really want to live in?
Does life seem OK on the outside, but not quite as clear and satisfying on the inside?
I hear you and it is why I initially wrote this app for myself.
I was constantly busy, seemingly successful on the outside, but there were things I wanted to achieve, but I lacked clarity and a plan to do the things that would really matter to me.
I looked at some goals apps. Most seemed pre-occupied with habits, some had rather dated looking interfaces and others were good but wanted me to pay monthly or yearly subscriptions, which I was not keen to do. Then there were others but all the date was on the device and I wanted anywhere, anytime access.
So if like me you are done with being busy and would like to more clear about and make more time what will bring more satisfaction to your life, then read on and see how the GOALS WARRIOR App may help.
The GOALS WARRIOR App is designed to enable you to identify the goals that will contribute most to your satisfaction and then achieve them day by day, week on week and month after month.
If your not familiar with personal goals, then setting and achieving personal goals is how you go from wherever you are right now, to greater personal happiness and satisfaction in some specific time in the future.
Two of the most satisfying experiences in life are:
1. Making progress toward something you consider desirable or satisfying
2. Achieving something that really mattered to you and knowing that you direct yourself toward achieving what you want again in the future
For many of us our past goals have been prescribed by someone else - a teacher, lecturers, a boss and so on., but when goals are your own then they become much more compelling. Working toward and achieving your own goals is what makes life most exciting.
So how can GOALS WARRIOR APP help?
Big goals can seem overwhelming, so overwhelming that we constant put them off - later, next week, next year, after I do this or that.
It is then easy to label ourselves a procrastinator, but that is not it. You just need a method to get started and then keep going, that is what Goals Warrior did for me and it can do the same for you.
With the goals warrior you can
1. Take your personal assessment - identify which areas of your life you most want to improve
2. Use the reality check to identify what goal would bring you the most satisfaction in any are of your life you want to improve.
3. Then use the goals tab to write your goal down. People who have a written goal are significantly more likely to achieve that goal.
4. Identify smaller goals that you can achieve monthly and weekly that will step you closer and closer to your major goal. By focusing on weekly and monthly goals your big goal will be less overwhelming and you can experience the joy of making regular progress toward it.
5. Use the action tab to then schedule daily action(s) that you can do on that day that will progress you toward your weekly or monthly goals.
6. If you do not believe you may not achieve - so use the tenets module (from the menu) to set up your tenets / mantra's that will help replace doubt with belief.
