For women experiencing some form of premenstrual syndrome, there is now PMS ER – a PMS aid that can hopefully help you through difficult periods. This app provides information and tips about PMS and ways to help alleviate your symptoms. In the Calendar section, you can enter the dates for your menstrual cycle, as well as when your PMS symptoms start. Use the Forum section to get and share tips about PMS with other girls/women. It is also possible, if you want, to share your calendar and/or the Forum function with your partner or friends.
