Help Me Do It
Giving you a helping hand towards your weight loss goals.
Help Me Do It is part of a study by the University of Glasgow looking at the power of social support - helping you stick to your weight loss goals with a little help from your friends.
Users can set goals, add tasks and monitor weight. Choose from a series of goal templates or input your own. Invite friends to be your helpers - they will use the app to support and encourage you towards your weight loss goals. Interact with your helper, gain smiles and badges as you progress along your journey.
ABOUT THE STUDY
This app is part of a study by the University of Glasgow. To take part users need to live in the Glasgow area and register with the university’s study team to receive a custom access code to use the app.
