It is not a task list, a to-do list or a calendar. It is a way to record your main activities and classify them, more in a qualitative than quantitative way, on things you enjoy or do not enjoy and things that makes you productive or just consumes what matters to you.
This is a tool I believe could be very helpful on self-analysis and a powerful drive to change and evolve.
